At Moodie Melts, every product is handmade with care. If something arrives damaged or not as expected, Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo.

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, I can't accept returns on used items or melts that have been opened .

If your item is faulty or damaged, I'll replace it or offer a refund.
